Life's been a little crazy since we came back from vacation and before it got any worse with the start of the school year, I just wanted to take a few moments to thank you. We were very concerned about the long drive to Virginia (where we vacationed) and how well Jacob would do. We made plans to drive half way and stop in Philadelphia over night to give Jacob a rest, however we needn't have done so. Jacob was so comfortable in his JAZZ EASyS stroller that on the return trip we did not bother stopping overnight, and drove straight through to home instead (a twelve hour drive!).

I must say that ExoMotion is by far the easiest company I have ever worked with. Parenting a child with special needs is often complex and difficult enough. Invariably one issue or another pops up that must be dealt with...whether it's an insurance issue or wheelchair adjustments, something to do with school or a doctor, and a myriad of other things. But purchasing my son's JAZZ EASyS stroller was such a pleasant experience and it was such a joy to work with you!

I must comment that no one, with all the various agencies, etc., that I deal with regularly as a parent, has ever gone out of their way to be so helpful. The head rest that you put together for Jake (and then shipping it overnight so we would have it for our vacation trip)...well, I just can't express how much my family and I appreciated all the extra effort. This was the first extended vacation we have ever taken in the ten years since our son was born and it was excellent...in large part because Jacob was so comfortable in his new stroller! 

When I write my next book on parenting a child with special needs, I will surely mention you and your company. And if you don't mind, once my website is revamped, I hope you'll allow me to add your contact information to my "Resource" page.

We LOVE the JAZZ EASyS System. . .
Just wanted to send a quick thank you for all your assistance in our obtaining our JAZZ EASyS system.  We LOVE IT! We picked it up the day it came in and assembled it with Larry.  The next day I took Emma shopping – her most difficult type of outing next to a largely attended event – and we were out for nearly 5 hours, in and out of stores, in and outside, it was awesome.  We haven’t been “shopping” like that for about 2 years.  She was content and comfy and loving life.  So was I!  Wha-hooo!!! Shopping again!  LOL!

As well, I was thrilled with the amount of room the Size 2 has to offer.  The footrest is up as high as it can go, but is a perfect length, leaving us with, fingers crossed, years of growth!  It took a bit to figure out how best to load and unload the system in my car (Pacifica) but figured for my back’s sake, it was best to take the seat off and fold the base.  After a few days, I was pretty adept at landing the seat on the base on the first or second try.  I remain at that consistency but I am sure I will get better with more use.

Today was Emma’s first day back at school for the Extended School Year program and the first time in school with the system.  They were all impressed with it and she had a pretty good day at school (even with getting up at 5 am and only having an hour’s nap vs. up at 6:30 and 1.5 – 2 hour nap before school).  As they go on outings with the system, I am sure they will appreciate it even more! 

Thank you again, your patience and willingness to answer my 60 million questions was so very appreciated.  We are singing your praises here in NEPA!  Hope you get more sales here.  If my big mouth has anything to say about it, you will! Thank you again!!!

Hi BL,
Just wanted to let you know that we returned last night from a family vacation (10 days in Paris) which was the first time we put my son's Jazz EASyS to work. And it worked like a dream! I've never seen him sit so comfortably for such long periods of time, and the chair was wonderfully easy to fold up and get in and out of cabs and airplanes. It worked well on everything from city sidewalks to dirt paths and cobblestones, and it was comfortable for everyone in the family to push, whether me (5'0") or my husband (6'3"). We've travelled with our son in all sorts of travel wheelchairs over the years, and he has never been comfortable sitting in one for more than an hour or two, but this is a whole new ballgame. The Jazz is a marvelous addition to our son's mobility and our travel horizons as a family.

Our son loves it as much as we do. . .
After trying several other strollers we finally found a stroller that supports our son...the Jazz EASyS.  The Jazz EASyS looks sleek and is very easy to handle, our so n lov es it as much as we do. When we were looking at strollers we called ExoMotion and we received great customer service.  They also continued to give us support through out the purchase and arrival of our stroller.  When we needed some different options ExoMotion was very helpful in selecting the right ones for our son.

I just wanted to write to let you know how much we love the JAZZ EASYS chair. It is so easy to use and it looks wonderful. You and Jamie were great to work with too. It's hard when we live in a different part of the country and have to do all the work over the phone or internet and you both made it easy. You were very helpful, patient, creative and accomodating in helping to get things right for my daughter. No easy task! Thank you for all your hard work and your supportive spirit.
